The cost can vary on a few factors such as the square footage of the interior painting needing to be done.
Also, if there is prior damage to the interior walls they will have to be repaired before the painting can proceed.

The trick to painting over old interior paint is primer. And not just any old primer. Good primer.

Remember, if you do decide to paint over old interior paint make sure you wash, repair, sand, prime, and apply two coats. In that order!
Almost any interior latex primers will dry to the touch within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
But! Do not paint the interior walls until the primer has dried thoroughly, which can be up to 3 hours.
Also note that cool temperatures and high humidity will extend drying times on your interior walls. So be sure its completely dry if that’s you.
Yes they do. We recommend to dust and clean the interior walls with a towel or a vacuum cleaner.
If your interior paint job includes the bathroom or kitchen area wash the walls with a solution of three teaspoons laundry detergent mixed with one gallon of water.
Also, try to scrape off any cracked or flaked paint with a paint scraper.
